Documentation Requirements
- Passports and birth certificates
- Original of proof of Decree Absolute for divorced clients
- Original of death certificate for widowed clients, together with original marriage certificate
- Original proof for name changes by Deed Poll
- Statutory Declaration (one each, stamped or sealed)
- For clients aged under 18 years
